About Vikings Go To Valhalla
Vikings Go To Valhalla is the 5th instalment in the Norse warrior slot saga from Yggdrasil and is played on a five reel, four row grid with 25 ways to win. This is the following release to Vikings Go To Hell. In this game, winning combinations are formed when at least three symbols match up in a combo from left to right starting from the leftmost reel. The maximum win is 23,634x your stake.
Obviously, this game has a Vikings theme, and its feel is quite dark and eerie, and you can make out Viking chants in the background while you spin the reels. The base game takes place in front of snow-capped mountains, but the free spins bonus round is much warmer and is played in the fiery lair of the mythical Norse snake king, Jörmungandr.
On the reels, you will find four lower-paying coins in the colours red, green, purple and yellow. The four higher paying symbols are all Vikings which are once again all in different colours, this time blue, green, purple and red, the last of which pays the highest and can award 10x your bet for as many as five on a payline. There is also a free spins scatter and a wild symbol that substitutes for all other symbols, plus a treasure chest symbol which is restricted to appearing on the fifth reel.

How To Play Vikings Go To Valhalla
How to Set Your Stake
Running along the bottom of your screen there is a series of buttons. Among these, to the left, you should be able to see a plus sign and a minus sign on either side of your current bet size. You can use these to set a stake of between 25p to £50 per spin.
How to Spin the Reels
The reels can be made to spin by clicking on the centre button with the play symbol on it. This too is on the bottom of the screen.
Vikings Go To Valhalla Bonus Features
On any spin not in the base game, whenever Viking symbols hit, they will fight the snake king, Jormungandr. If the Viking wins, they turn into a sticky wild for the remainder of the bonus round. If they lose the fight, then they will stay as regular high paying symbols. When in Berserk mode, Vikings always win their fight.
Every Viking in the base game has a rage meter. If you can collect 16 rage points you will activate that Viking’s Berserk Respins. The Viking will be in Berserk mode for the remainder of the bonus round, hence why they win every fight. Respins continue to trigger until no battles are won or if all of the reels get filled with Sticky Wilds.
The free spins bonus feature is triggered when at least three free spins symbols hit. Before the feature starts, you will be given the chance to claim extra bonuses as part of a bonus game. This could be a random Viking in Berserk mode, up to two extra free spins, or a random sticky wild appearing at the start, where a sticky wild is randomly placed on a reel or additional treasure chests are added to the fifth reel.
At the end of every free spin session, you have the chance to spin the Ragnarok wheel and try to make it to the centre. There are six levels you need to progress through by landing on a gold block. If you land on a black section, it will end the feature but will turn that section gold for the next session. Hitting a gold segment on all six levels triggers Ragnarok Free Spins. If you manage to activate Ragnarok Free Spins, you will get seven with a 1x multiplier attached. During this feature, all four Vikings are in Berserk Mode for the entire round meaning they always win their battle and turn into sticky wilds when they show.
The treasure chest icon can only land on reel five and can deliver wild reels, free spins, Ragnarok free spins and multipliers that can reach as high as 500x your bet.
